The Workflow

Open Usemotion and have it ready before you start

Create a Usemotion account and grant access to your Google, Outlook, or iCloud calendar

Enter each new task as a short description, then add estimated duration, deadline, and priority level

Open Settings and specify your work preferences such as preferred work hours, break length, and meeting buffer time

Click the Schedule button; Motion’s AI will analyze your calendar, preferences, and task list and automatically create time blocks for each task

Review the generated schedule in the timeline view, drag any block to reschedule, and let Motion re‑adjust surrounding items

During meetings, enable the AI notetaker, then after the call export the meeting summary and let Motion turn action items into new tasks
